A model that scores well on a clean benchmark can fall apart on a grainy night-time stream from a decade-old analog camera — and that’s exactly the footage most of India’s 20 million+ surveillance points actually produce.
So our research process starts from the constraint, not the leaderboard: every model has to run in real time on-device, on streams the team didn’t get to hand-pick.
